Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By registering for or using CabPass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Access and Payment
This payment grants you 6 months of access to the Service from the date of purchase. After this period, access may be renewed at the prevailing rate. The payment is non-refundable once access has been granted and you have logged in to the Service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CabPass. You must provide accurate registration information. One account per person — sharing credentials is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with any third party
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute question content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
- Use automated tools to access the Service
- Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CabPass — including questions, explanations, layouts, and design — is owned by or licensed to UNITED KINGDOM ONLINE LTD. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access this content during your subscription period. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content.
7. Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to keep study materials current with Manchester City Council licensing requirements. However, CabPass does not guarantee that materials reflect the exact questions asked in any particular test sitting. Use the Service as a study aid — not as a definitive source of licensing law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNITED KINGDOM ONLINE LTD shall not be liable for:
- Failure to pass the private hire knowledge test
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
- Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues
Our maximum liability to you in any event is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.
9. Privacy

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your access period.
12. Service Availability
Should the CabPass Service be permanently discontinued, access will terminate. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any such discontinuation and will issue a pro-rata refund for any remaining access period.
